TLA now offers WorkKeys Career Readiness Skills training.
WorkKeys is a job skills assessment system that measures “real world” skills that employers believe are critical to job success. Three key areas are measured: communication, problem solving, and interpersonal skills.
WorkKeys participants receive a Career Readiness Certificate certifying that they have the core employability skills required across multiple industries and occupations.
Three levels are available – silver, bronze and gold. Approximately 1,000 jobs in South Carolina have been profiled, identifying the skills and WorkKeys levels an individual must have to perform successfully. Approximately 250 employers use WorkKeys to hire and promote.
