9 am - 12 pm (in-person class)
Once a week for 8 weeks
Who is this for?
Participants who are able to quickly understand and retain GED® level reading material.
Participants who have taken algebra in the past and can move through math quickly.
Participants who can attend all 8 classes without being absent.
How does it work?
Add your name and info to this orientation interest list.
TLA contacts you to confirm space is available in the session you chose.
Attend Orientation Day 1: diagnostic to see what you know and need to learn.
Attend Orientation Day 2: go over your results, develop a plan with staff, and pay registration fee.
Attend class every Friday.
Take practice GED® tests as soon as you're ready.
Take GED® tests when ready.

When does it start?
2-Day Registration & Orientation sessions on:
Friday and Saturday | August 9th & 10th | 9am - 3pm
Friday and Saturday | October 11th & 12th | 9am-3pm
You must complete both full days of orientation to attend. If you have to leave an orientation session early, you will not be able to attend.
What is the cost?
$75 registration fee due at orientation can be paid via Venmo (Trident Literacy), Credit Card, PayPal or cash.
Fee is waived for participants who are eligible for SNAP2Work.
Scholarships are available.
